When the Tasty trilogy (Tasty n Sons, Tasty n Daughters, and Tasty n Alder closed their doors), the streets of PDX were wet with tears for the loss of what was arguably the city’s best Bloody. Fast forward a few years and tears of joy are what are flowing with the opening of the simply named Tasty in Lake Oswego. The lake-town outpost pays homage to the original recipe, with bright lemony tomato flavor, snackable pickled veggies, signature siracha and a generous salted rim. For those chasing a bit more burn, their Jump in the Fire Mary is where it's at. With grilled Fresno, guajillo pepper and a splash of Worcestershire, it brings a deeper smokey heat that's hard to beat.

Babica Hen Café
A Bloody Mary’s garnish is an integral ingredient and so the vodka. Babica Hen Café has got both covered – in droves! Go for the classic BH Bloody with your choice of jalapeno, serrano dill or rosemary garlic infused vodkas. Can’t decide? No problem, the Bab’s Bloody Sampler has got you covered with mini-me versions of the all 3. The Chicken & Waffle Bloody is a sight (and taste!) to behold and tequila fans will belly up for the Bloody Maria 11 with 1800 Reposado. But our favorite by far is the Fully Loaded. Topped with perfectly grilled prawns and loads of veggies, it’ll make you feel nice about being a bit naughty.

Stickmen's
Let's face it everything tastes better by the lake - especially build-your-own bloodies. So, paddle on over to Stickman's Lakeside Smokehouse and Brewery. Their bloody mary bar is off the hook with all the standards plus other options to get those creative juices flowing. Bacon garnish? Hell, yeah. Once you've built your custom bevvie, snag a seat on the outdoor patio and watch the waves while you sip.
Broder Soder
Willing to travel a bit further afield? Head to Broder’s southwest Portland location in Tualitin/Beaverton, Broder Soder for some Scandi-style Bloody love. While the standard vodka Bloody Mary is available here, and is excellent, the Scandinavian inspired Danish Mary with aquavit is what you’re after. This dill-infused Mary positively herb-a-licious.
